1. Most likely this is a sketch of Sgt. York, thinking things over about being a ‘Conscientious objector’
   He joined his fellow soldiers and became a national hero. He was a ‘crack shot’ mountain boy from the Tennessee mountains with only a few years of basic education.
   A movie ‘Sgt. York’ starring Gary Cooper as Sgt. York made him world famous.
