I parked my bike and did this one on location on the Hudson River. I am not sure where the original is at the moment. This is a scanned copy of a photocopy.
That is why it is so dark. I wrote “Tug Boat Byun” for an artist that didn’t seem to believe I did all of this variety of “artwork” myself, as the first time he asked me to bring my work to him, I brought only photocopies as I didn’t want to leave the originals with anyone. He is a famous Korean artist who liked my work very much. Putting his name on the boat didn’t really prove anything. When he visited my violin shop he saw hundreds, all originals and was thrilled, though he never visited again.
