At some point before or during or just after the concert, this violinist realizes that his audience is comprised of Cats and Kittens of all shapes and sizes and colors. Could it be his bad dream, or a reality? To think of all those years of hard work and dedication to mastering the violin. I like the idea that he has not really come to grips with his reality at this moment. His glasses have fallen or been flung away. He is still trying to make sense of what he thinks he sees. He did have a healthy ego until that precise moment. I hope he gets over the shock.
